Meet Timmy of the Month: Calm yet Consistent in Her Work, “Still Water Runs Deep”

Doing something that we like at work is something priceless that not everyone can get it. Amerenzia Hastoto (Enzi) has just selected as Timmy of the Month and so she reveals her role to us.
It’s good to know you’re selected as Timmy of the Month, Enzi! As the first point to start, what is your role at IDN Media?
I’m the Business Development Manager of IDN Media and I handle brands’ needs, such as contents or videos that will be posted on our online platforms. We also can conduct events and rebrand it with the clients’ brands.
Are you passionate about your own role and why?
I’m confident enough to say my passion is in creating marketing campaigns for brands because I’m the type of person who likes talking, interacting with other people. I also want to listen to the probable needs and concerns of my clients so that I somehow can be helpful for them too. I believe that in everything, I can still get a process of learning so that I can improve.
In fact, what have you done to let people know that you intend to be helpful for them?
I don’t mind sharing what I know to my team. If there are new Timmys, I’ll always want to have a 1:1 meeting in order to get to know them better. I always keep in mind that before being nice to customers, it’ll be better if I start it with the people around us, in this case, is my team.
What do you believe to be your life guidelines?
If we really work on something that we want or we’re passionate about the most, that thing will be precisely coming our way. Other than that,
positive thinking is also another key to have a happy life.
In practicing the guidelines, there must be problems. How do you usually overcome them?
I take some time to reflect—what causes and what effects. After reflecting, I usually will think of the way outs which most likely can help me get over the problems.
Having been in IDN Media for years, there must be things you're grateful for, especially as a part of IDN Media. What are they?
Since I communicate a lot with external links, I hear nice impressions about IDN Media. According to their perspectives, mostly handled by millennials, the development of IDN Media is unexplainably rapid! The solid culture, good communication, no judgments are the points I’m grateful for.
You must have something big in your mind about what you want to be in the future. What is that dream of yours?
I want IDN Media to be a multi-platform media company that has a lot more loyal customers in the future. I also hope to close one deal on making a massive event later in 2020. I’m not sure the exact year, but I believe my team and I have a way to reach it out.
As a Timmy, what can you share for those who want to be a part of Business Development Team in a certain company, so they can give their best to become what they want?
First of all, understand your own products so that you can explain to others be kind to your own team. Later on, when you know you’ve fit into your own team, be kind to customers, understand their needs.
Last but not least, what do you do to keep being happy while working in a fast-paced company?
It’s very simple. I usually have some me-time—I do sport, go to the cinema, or have relaxation.
"Still water runs deep" is very much describing Enzi since she's very calm yet consistent in her work. Enzi always gives her best commitment not only to help her partners but also to ensure that IDN Media’s clients are being served well.
