Business Development Manager (Digital Sales)
- Developing growth strategies and sales plans
- Lead and mentor members of your team (Account Manager)
- Pitching new clients and also managing or retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing client bases for the team
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Must have min 2-3 years of working experience as Sales Group Head, Sales Manager, or other relevant position in the Media Company, with total experience min 6 years in the sales area.
- Have a list of direct clients would be preferred (in Beauty Brands, FMCG brands, Government, Automotive brands, Mom & Kids Brands, etc.)
- Must have experience in direct selling/pitching, not only account handling
- Good skill in leadership, strongly analytical, and logical thinking.
- Passionate in digital, event management, and media advertising.
- Outgoing, outspoken, and fluently in English would be preferred.
