Jobs Description

  • Source and recruit candidates by using an online database
  • Assist recruitment process, start from preparing job ads, CV screening, shortlisting, preparing an interview, maintain database candidates, contacting candidate, etc
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the recruiter.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Final semester or fresh graduated in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other related majors
  • Having basic knowledge in the recruitment process and sourcing technique would be preferred
  • Available for min. 3 months internship period with min. 4 days/week
  • Good communication skills
  • Based in Surabaya and or in East Java would be preferred
