  • Greetings and assisting visitors
  • Maintain security by following procedurs; monitoring logbook, issuing visitors badges.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Receive and record the document came or will be sent with delivery carrier
  • Other administration support
Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, in any field
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience as Receptionist, Customer Services, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skill, and fluent in English is highly preferrable
  • Skilled in computer literate, especially for Ms. Office program
  • Have a good attitude, manner, appearance, and positive vibes
