Manage production schedule for IDN Times video team including creative development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
Coordinate new project development by contributing creative direction, determining the scope of work, making creative briefs, documenting production workflows, staffing each project appropriately, and allocating work to internal and external teammates.
Support any shoot-day needs. Including, but not limited to: script management, on-screen talent management, leading Production Assistants, shoot-day logistics.
Provide ad hoc support to post-production including editing, dropping in bumpers or mastered audio, and final exports.
With guidance from team leadership, develop repeatable templates for production workflows, budgets, schedules, charters, etc., that can be used to scale up production.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in the media company (TV or Digital Media)
Proficiency with creates a program for video production equipment and/or editing and graphics software preferred, e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Collaborative and team-oriented (experience managing team)
Have a good skill in leadership, strongly analytical, and logical thinking
