Responsible for conducting end to end learning process in the form of training, start from initiate, design, implement, evaluate method for hard skills and soft skills training, and monitor activity plan based on Training Need Analysis.
Mentoring to support employee development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
Communicate the results of evaluations of training to related departments necessary in the repair work outcomes.
Create reports and track impact based on executions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, or related degree
Professional experience at least 2-3 years in Learning & Development function (Senior level)
Strong knowledge about design and evaluate Learning Programs
Have a portfolio in developing a training module is a plus
