IDN Media Received Best Startup Award, Among 3 Other Awards, at HR Excellence Award 2018

 

 

Jakarta, May 13th, 2018 - Committed to be the Voice of Millennials and Gen Z in Indonesia, IDN Media always strives to improve itself. Before its 4th birthday this June, IDN Media is honored to receive 3 (three) awards at HR Excellence Award 2018: Best Performance Management System, Best Retention Strategy, and Best Startup category.

HR Excellence 2018 is an event organized by SWA magazine and Management Institute of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia (LMFE BUI) and addressed to HR practitioners so they could be able to perform benchmarking on HR activities and policies furthermore share knowledge and exchange strategy. The judging event was held at Universitas Indonesia, Salemba, Central Jakarta. One of the outstanding point during the judging period was IDN Media has been organized and established by millennials.

Diba Saleh, Head of People Operations at IDN Media, said, “We are very pleased with the public appreciation of IDN Media in creating the best workplace in Indonesia. We believe that the most important part of a company is the people. If we genuinely take care of our people, they will take care of our users, clients, and partners. Thus, our people (or as we call them Timmy) will always be our number one priority.”

There are total seven categories of awards. The Best Startup is the most special award, as only there is only one winner in this category. IDN Media is honored to receive this award.
