I joined IDN as a Campaign Associate, eager to gain hands-on experience in digital media. Over time, my role evolved—from executing campaigns to leading teams and driving strategy at IDN Creative. What began as a focus on creative execution turned into a deeper passion for leadership, collaboration, and long-term impact.
At IDN, I was trusted with big responsibilities early on, which challenged me to grow and helped me see the bigger picture. This growth wouldn’t have been possible without the trust and support I received at IDN—especially within IDN Creative, where I had the space to explore, lead, and shape ideas into real impact. The fast-paced environment, strong support system, and shared values made it more than just a job. It became a space where I could lead, belong, and grow with purpose.
